We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return of an unused and unwashed item.
We always deliver your favorite order item and try to give you quality products & service. You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment (except shipping cost). We’ll email you once your return or exchange is accepted at our office. If you want an exchange we would like to clear that shipping charges will be applicable on that item and shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Before returning the product, make sure that the product is not damaged. In case we get damaged products, then we will not refund the money.
Most returns that are sent back to our office will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. For returns made within 30 days of the shipping date, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. Refund will be done through online mode. For exchanges, a second email will be sent once we’ve processed your new order.
If the item is defective then we replace it with a new item. If the item is not defective and the customer doesn’t like the item and want to return it then we refund after deduction of shipping fees paid by us from total amount customer paid for that item. Buyer will be liable for return shipping fees and seller won’t be liable for it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
NOT RECEIVED AND RETURNED BACK TO US
If you don’t receive your order even after the notice is left at your home by carrier service provider to collect your parcel and if return to us after a certain time period (14 days) you will liable to pay shipping cost again to dispatch your order again and in this case refund will not be given.
Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of the date you placed the order.
